Franklin Ohene Arthur is experienced insurance player and has a strong statistical and analytic acumen with an in-depth ability to manage multiple streams of work in achieving the overall corporate set objectives.

He is a Chartered Insurer, ACII (Chartered Insurance Institute, UK) and holds a Masters Degree (MSC) in Finance from the Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA).

He also has a first degree (BSC) in Mathematics from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Ghana.

Mr. Ohene Arthur has the following critical career experiences with Starlife Assurance Company Limited. He started with Starlife in 2007 to 2009 as Assistant Officer to Assistant Manager in charge of Research and Investments, he moved in the same rank to become responsible for Corporate Strategy, Research and Investments from 2009 to 2013. He later became Deputy Manager responsible for Risk Management from 2013 to 2016. Again from 2017 to 2020, he became responsible for Actuarial, Risk Management and Performance Monitoring in the capacity as a Manager. He rose to become a Senior Manager responsible for Strategy and Performance Monitoring in the year 2021.

He is now the Chief Operations Officer with Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited since October 2021. He has garnered over 13 years working experience in the Insurance Industry.
