We are currently seeking a dynamic, results-driven and experienced Sales Managers and Team Leaders to join our vibrant team.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:
- Ability to recruit quality and adequate manpower, train and lead them to meet sales targets (cases and premiums) on consistent basis.
- An expert in prospecting, appointment booking, lead/referrals generation, sales closing, organizing/doing institutional presentations and sales activations.
- Proficient sales leadership and management skills in achieving given sales KPIs.
- Ability to research, create new ideas, develop winning sales strategies and effectively execute them to meet monthly and annual sales targets.
- A smart business development guru, sales planner, controller and executor
- Proper vetting of proposal forms and timely submissions
- Exhibit professional sales practice and excellent client service delivery
- Quality, accurate and timely reporting
Skills and competencies required:
- A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree or Professional Qualification in Insurance
- A minimum of two years’ experience in sales leadership role
- Must be very competent in Agency Recruitment
- Good people management and emotional intelligence skills
- Ability to recruit talented Agents, provide field support, co-ordinate, organize, lead and control a salesforce of more than ten to excel on the job.
- Good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills (verbal and non-verbal)
- Ability to build good relationships, network and broker business deals
- Skilled in sales forecasting, good decision making and a solutions provider
- Proficiency in computer software (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

- Adequate knowledge and understanding of the welfare insurance market and the various product offerings
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets for business growth.
- Recruit, train and mentor a sales team to enhance their skills and drive performance
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer suitable products
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the welfare market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in potential client organizations.
- Effectively organize and conduct high profile corporate presentations, negotiate and follow up to close deals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services to clients.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
- Ensure all sales practices adhere to regulatory standards and company policies.
Skills and competencies required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Welfare Insurance Sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation, communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to lead, motivate and develop a winning sales team
- Ability to analyze data and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Commitment to providing high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing client complaints promptly
- Innovative approach to overcoming challenges and finding solutions for clients

JOB DESCRIPTION
Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare reports on team performance, market trends and sales forecasts for Branch Managers.
Skills and Competencies Required:
- A minimum of University Diploma or Professional Qualification in Insurance
- A minimum of one (1) year experience in sales leadership role or three (3) years as a top performing life insurance Sales Agent
- Competency in Sales Agency Recruitment is a must
- Strong ability to inspire and guide team members toward achieving quality sales targets and other KPIs (leadership skills).
- Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Skills in motivating and coaching team members to enhance their performance and career development
- Problem-Solving and adaptability skills
- Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple priorities and tasks effectively.
Deep understanding of sales processes and the life insurance industry to guide the team effectively
