Emmanuel is a prolific award–winning sales & marketing leadership and management strategist with over 18 years of adept knowledge and experience in the life insurance industry in Ghana with great brands. He’s also well versed in the field of Accounting & Finance and insurance as a professional. Emmanuel has a great acumen in insurance sales distribution with an outstanding competence in recruitment of quality sales force, training of sales managers for achieving corporate sales objectives, communication, relationship building and business development. Over the years, Emmanuel has gained a strong working experiences as a Sales Executive with Starlife Assurance Company Limited in 2005 and later became a Client Service Officer with the same Company in 2006. He again rose to become a Branch Manager in the same Company in Accra, Tamale and Wa branches between 2007 and 2018. He then moved to the position of a Zonal Manager for the Northern Sector also with Starlife Assurance Company Limited from 2018 to 2021. He is currently a senior manager in charge of Distribution with Vanguard Life Assurance Company Limited from 2021 till date. He is a Chartered Insurer, ACIIG (Chartered Insurance Institute of Ghana) and also holds an MBA from the Anglia Ruskin University (UK). He’s also a Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and has a post Graduate Diploma in International Finance Management from the London School of Marketing and a Graduate Diploma in Sales and Marketing from the London Centre of Marketing.
